For many people, weekends mean one thing: Brunch. And a good brunch spot is always a great find. This week, I decided to pay a visit to a nearby spot that I would drive past on my commute to culinary school. alReddy Cafe is a small place that looks more like a remodeled house than a restaurant, something I've always found cute. It's a seat yourself type of restaurant in the outdoor seating, which is where my mom and I chose to sit. Service was quick, and we were brought our water in a glass milk bottle with two glasses. I think that's always a good system for restaurants because then you don't have to wait for a server to get a refill. Upon time to order, I chose their signature breakfast wrap. The service is definitely getting good marks from me, because the food came out fast, hot, and clearly fresh. The wrap had just the right amount of egg and sausage, along with potatoes, and the tortilla had been grilled. The pico de gallo was made with mango which gave it a slight sweetness and the chipotle aioli added a nice little kick. I also tasted the sausage frittata my mom had ordered, which I'd probably order next time. There was just the right amount of cheese, noticeable without overpowering everything. My mom works in a bakery herself, so I take her word for it when she said the bread used for the toast seems to be artisan. The final bill came out to under $40, which was honestly worth it. They clearly use good quality ingredients and make to food as ordered. In case my sentence about the frittata didn't make it clear, I will likely be returning
